Refund & Exchange Policy

All sales at Sankhara Jewelry are final. We do not offer cash refunds. However, we are pleased to offer an exchange for another piece of equal or greater value within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original luxury packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our concierge at care@sankhara-jewelry.com. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs associated with the exchange.

Damages and Shipping Issues

We maintain the highest standards of quality control; however, if your order arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Important: Claims for transit-related damages made after the 24-hour window will not be eligible for resolution. Please email care@sankhara-jewelry.com. with your order number and clear photographs of both the item and the packaging so we can evaluate the issue and provide a replacement.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items are excluded from our exchange policy:

  • Custom Products: Special orders or personalized items.
  • Earrings: For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged once delivered.
  • Sale Items: All items purchased on sale are "Final Sale" and not eligible for exchange.
