Can I change or cancel my order?

Because we begin processing and preparing our pieces shortly after an order is placed, we are unable to accept cancellations or modifications. Once an order is confirmed, our standard exchange policy applies.

Can I exchange my item if it’s not the right fit?

Yes. While we do not offer cash refunds, we provide a 14-day exchange window. If you wish to choose a different design or size, you may exchange your piece for another item of equal or greater value, provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all tags and luxury packaging intact.

What materials are used in Sankhara Jewelry?

We use only the highest quality materials, including ethically sourced 18k solid gold, sterling silver, and hand-selected precious and semi-precious gemstones.

Are your diamonds and gemstones certified?

Absolutely. All significant diamonds and rare gemstones are accompanied by certificates of authenticity from reputable global laboratories (such as GIA). Every stone is strictly vetted by our specialists to ensure it meets our luxury standards.

Do you offer bespoke or custom designs?

Yes. We pride ourselves on creating unique treasures. If you wish to commission a one-of-a-kind piece or personalize an existing design, please explore our bespoke page.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

We maintain the highest standards of quality control; however, if your order arrives defective or damaged, you must contact us at care@sankhara-jewelry.com within 24 hours of delivery.

This strict timeframe allows us to file an insurance claim and prioritize your replacement. Please include photos of both the item and the packaging.

Is my shipment insured?

Yes. Every Sankhara Jewelry order is fully insured during transit. We take full responsibility for your piece until it is safely delivered to your hands.

What does the packaging look like?

To ensure both security and privacy, your jewelry arrives in a signature Sankhara luxury box, tucked inside discreet, unbranded outer packaging to prevent theft or unwanted attention.

How much does the shipping cost?

How do I find my correct ring size?

We recommend visiting our Sizing Guide or being measured by a local professional jeweler. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit

How should I care for my jewelry?

To preserve the brilliance of your pieces, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals. We recommend removing your jewelry before swimming, exercising, or sleeping. Store each piece individually in its original box to prevent scratching.

Account

Do I necessarily have to create an account to order?

No it's not mandatory. But it is highly recommended. Indeed, it will allow you to find your history, edit your addresses and track your parcel online faster. You will also be notified of new products and special events.

Do you save my bank details?

Absolutely not. We never have access to this information. It is the company Stripe that deals with it. Your data is completely safe.
